With a view to providing convenience and clarity for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games related travellers, the Chinese Embassy in the Georgia notifies the following: 1. List of test institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in the Georgia:

Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games related travellers are kindly required to take one PCR test and one IgM antibody test at institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in the Georgia, within 72 hours before departure to China. For those who have been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure to China, no IgM antibody test is needed, one PCR test is required. 3. Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games related travellers who are tested in the Georgia should apply for health codes through the Chinese Embassy in the Georgia. Those who are tested in other countries should apply through Chinese embassies/consulates there. The website for applying for health codes is https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. Please upload: (1) Valid passport or other travel document (2) Games accreditation (PVC or OIAC/PIAC) from Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (3) Certificate of tests taken within 72 hours before departure to China issued by institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in the Georgia or Chinese embassies/consulates in other countries (4) Flight itinerary (5) Form for Overseas Games-Related Personnel Previously Infected with COVID-19 (for travellers previously infected with COVID-19 only), which should be approved by Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (6) Vaccination certificate 4.
